.: 2023/2024 Registration Procedure And Payment Instructions || Portal Home
All admitted candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable sum of Naira Only (0) only as Acceptance Fee on or before 7th June, 2023. Please note that any candidate who fails to accept the offer of admission between the period stipulated above should consider the admission forfeited.
  + Method of Registration and Post Admission Screening

. : A: Payment for Acceptance Letter Procedures (Freshers Only)

   
Step 1: You are required to accept this Offer on or before 7th June, 2023. Details of registration procedure are as follows:.
   
Step 2: Logon to http://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng/putme and login with your JAMB Registration Number
  Note: You will be required to Login using Jamb Registration Number e.g 76510415CA and “password” as password.
   
Step 3: Upon Login Click on “Check Admission Status” to check admission status. If admitted, click on the “Accept Admission Offer” button to commence initial registration rights on the “Undergraduate Portal”
   
Step 4: Once "Admission Offer" is accepted, an account will be created for automatically on the undergraduate Portal and a password change will be required.
   
Step 5: Note that your initial password is "password", provide any desired password of your choice in the new password fields to change your password. [Note: Ensure to choose password you can remember.]
  Note: An Email containing the details of your new account setup will be sent to your mail for future reference incase you forget.
   
Step 6: Once password is changed successfully, you will be prompted to login again using your JAMB RegNo and your newly created password.
   
Step 7: Your profile details will pop-up for you to confirm and validate your information. You will be allowed at this point to change your passport if you desire to change it.
  Note: Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number. Frequently check this mail for updates and information from time to time
   
Step 8: After updating your information, a confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided. Logon to your E-mail and click on the account activation link.
   
Step 9: Upon account validation you will be required to pay a non-refundable sum of Naira Only (0) only as Acceptance Fee
   
Step 10: After payment of Acceptance fee, Print Out your Admission Letter and get the under listed documents ready for screening:
 
  1. Admission letter (coloured)
  2. POST UTME Screening Registration/result Slip
  3. Acceptance Fee receipt
  4. Two passport Photographs
  5. One Office Flat file
  6. Photocopy of UTME 2017 Result Slip
  7. Photocopies and Original copies of O’level results uploaded during the screening exercise
  8. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
  9. Medical Certificate from Federal University Oye - Ekiti Health Services Unit
   
Step 11: You will be required to upload all the document list in step 10 once you click on "Start online Screening" on you portal dashboard. [See Online Screening Instruction section for detailed steps]
   
Step 12: Once your screening is completed log on to the portal to print out your Screening Certificate for onward Registration
   
   
  Important Information
  No candidate will be allowed to register without the payment of his/her sundry fees. Failure to follow the afforementioned instructions is strictly at your own risk.

. : B: Freshers Online Screening Instruction [For Freshers Only]

Step 1: The mode of sundry fee payment is via Bank draft, generate bank draft at anybank bank nationawide in favour Federal University Oye - Ekiti [FUOYE] for the exact amount of school sundry fee Note: see the undergraudate Sundry Fee section for details
   
Step 2: Visit the University Bursary to convert your bank draft to receipt. Upon submission, you will be provided with a payment pin to be used on the student portal for your registration. However, kindly note that you are to pay N4, 500 for Medical Fitness at the Medical Centre.
   
Step 3: Logon to http://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng/portal and login with yout JAMB Registration Number
  Note: You will be required to Login using Jamb Registration Number e.g 76510415CA and password known alone by the candidate
   
Step 4: Upon Login Click on the "Start Online Screening". Note: This will only be viewable by candidates who have paid Acceptance fee and printed Admission letter.
   
  The Online Screening Page is categorized into Four(4) Stages/Steps
  Stage 1:
You are to provide a valid WAEC/NECO/NABTEB (Whichever applies) Scratch card details, Candidates who have previously uploaded the scratch card details will be provided with the details of their Scratch Cards as uploaded during the POST UTME/DE  screening exercise, kindly confirm the correctness of the details and click on the "Submit for Verification" button when you are done.
   
  Stage 2:
You are to download, Print and complete the following forms
 
   
  Stage 3:
You will be required to upload a scanned (not camera picture)  copy of the following:
 
   
  Stage 4:
Complete and upload  all of the above documents and click on the "Complete Registration" for Approval. Check back on the Portal after some few hours.
   
Step 5: Upon Approval by the University Academic Affairs Office, you will be able to print your screening certificate on your portal account and proceed to your Faculty Office.
   
Step 6: The Faculty Officers are required to certify that the document submitted by the candidates meet the University admission requirements.
   
Step 7: Candidates are required to submit 3 copies of all credentials including the course registration form at the Faculty Office as listed below:
 
  • Birth Certificate
  • Local Government Certificate
  • Master Degree Certificate
  • First Degree Certificate
  • NYSC Discharge Certificate

    . : C: Admission by Transfer Application Instruction [For Inter-University Transfer Applicants Only]

    Step 1: Candidates are to download transfer form from University Website
       
    Step 2: Completed transfer forms with evidence of payment of N5,000 processing fee is sent to the Registrar;
       
    Step 3: Transcripts of candidates are sent from the previous Universities to the Registrar
       
    Step 4: Registrar sends all admission transfer cases to the Departments;
       
    Step 5: Submissions from Departments through Faculties are forwarded to the Registrar;
       
    Step 6: Academic Affairs Division, on the instruction of the Registrar, will compile the submissions;
       
    Step 7: Registrar forwards submissions to Committee of Deans;
       
    Step 8: The compiled list of transfer submissions will then be forwarded to Senate for approval;
       
    Step 9: Where Senate does not hold, the Vice-Chancellor shall give executive approval on behalf of Senate;
       
    Step 10: The decision of the Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of Senate, shall be communicated to the Deans of the Faculties, Heads of Department and the ICT Department.
       
    Step 11: Thereafter, the candidates shall be communicated by Email or SMS to take up the admission as the case maybe.
       
      Registration for Successful Admission by Transfer
      The procedure for registration of sucessful candidates shall be similar to the registration of Fresh students as stated in "section B"
      In addition to the registration procedure for all the new students, candidates for the admisson by transfer will upload
     
    • Completed Transfer Form
    • Transfer Fee receipt [See Section E for transafer Fee Charge]
    • O'Level and Jamb results at the point of Admission at the Previous University.

    . : D: Returning Students Registration Prodcedure

       
    Step 1: Go to any branch of any commercial bank nationwide to generate bank draft in favour Federal University Oye - Ekiti [FUOYE] for the exact amount of school sundry fee [Undergraduate Sundry Fees section for fees details].
       
    Step 2: Logon to http://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng and Click on "Student Login" Link
       
    Step 3: Kindly Login with your Matric Number e.g CSC/2017/1001 and use the word "password" as your inital password to logon to the portal
       
    Step 4: You will be required to update the underlisted data:
     
    1. Passport Upload (Red background)
    2. Phone Number
    3. Nationality
    4. Religion
    5. Date of Birth
    6. Email Address (Must be Fuoye Student Email Address )
      Note: Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number. Frequently check this mail for updates and information from time to time
       
    Step 5: After updating your information, a confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided. Logon to your E-mail and click on the account activation link.
       
    Step 6: Change your Password as required
      Note: An Email containing the details of your new account setup will be sent to your mail for future reference incase you forget.
       
    Step 7: Proceed to Course Registration and Payment other Charges as applicable to you.
       
      Important Information
      Please note that integration and migration to this platform will take a while to be completed. Thus, certain information as regards your previous registration and payment should be accessed, printed and documented by individual students Cpanel on http://www.portal.fuoye.edu.ng within two weeks starting from now.
      Failure to follow these instructions is strictly at your own risk and the ICT directorate will not be liable to any denial of Service on the old portal afterwards.

    All "Online" Mode of payment must be initiated from the university portal and payment are to be made through Remita payment platform. Any RRR generated outside the confines of the portal will not be acknwledged.
    Bank Draft Mode: Generate payment invoice on the portal and proceed to make Payment at any of the commercial banks nation wide. All Draft are to be submitted at the busary department.
